Designed to be used with a 6 lb. Flat/Pick Head Axe. Fire Innovations Leather Scabbards are made with quality in mind and come with a Large Male Clip that is riveted onto the back of the scabbard.  The male clip is designed to slip into the female clip(not included) and then lock in place.

The male clip assembly can be attached to the scabbard in a fashion that gives you the choice of a 90 degree rake or a 45 degree rake.  The 90 degree rake keeps your axe handle in-line with your leg.  The 45 degree allows the axe head to tilt forward slightly and allows your axe handle to rake behind you at an angle, keeping it away from your legs.

Please specify Left or Right side, and 45 or 90 degree rake when ordering.

Please note that these scabbards are made specifically for mounting on the Firefighter Escape and Ladder Belts sold in the West Coast 911 store and cannot be mounted to your belt without the female clip add-on.

Scabbards come in both Natural and Black colors. Female Large Swivel Clips that are sold with our Scabbard Sets and are designed to be placed on the hip line of your Escape/Ladder belt from the West Coast 911 Store.
