A modified Rex Tool, complete with lock puller shaped like a "U" with sharp taper, penetrating spike and A-type lock puller at the other end. Comes with welded ring.

Features
The Rex Tool is a new style "U" shaped lock puller. It is 24" long, comes with two lock operating key tools, Celtex grips and a prying end. This is a great variation of the Officer's Tool.
